The orientation programme of the Social Work Department

The orientation programme of the Social Work Department took place in the Conference Hall on 16th January, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. The programme was organized by Dr. R. Lallianzela (HOD), who warmly welcomed the faculty members and students and delivered a brief address highlighting the departmental activities such as:

# Field Practicum. 

# One day workshop on Government Flagship Program Tentative on 30th January, 2026.

# Observation of World Social Work Day - 17th March, 2026.

# Publication of edited book. 

# Farewell program

# Areas where students need to have an improvement. 

              The host then invited Dr. Rosangliana Khiangte to deliver a short talk on

# Psychological Functioning (Mihring Rilru). 

# Mental Noise Turning. 

# Biological Clock. 

# Emotional Quotient Vs Intelligence Quotient. 

               And also offered guidance, encouragement, and motivation to the students who attended the programme.

              The session included a collective reading of Proverbs 25:28. The program was formally concluded with a closing prayer by Dr. C. Lalremtluangi.
